Frequently asked questions

What is an XRechnung?
An XRechnung is an invoice as a structured XML file following a German standard. Accounting software and public-sector clients read it in without retyping. CueFlow creates one for every finalised invoice.
Can I still change a finalised invoice?
No. That way it stays clear what was sent. Corrections are made with a cancellation invoice, after which you write a new invoice.
Does CueFlow take anything from the invoice amount?
No. You receive everything you invoice in full from your client. CueFlow only costs something if you choose a larger plan.
Can my tax adviser take over the data?
Yes. Paid invoices can be exported as CSV, and freelancers can also download their revenue in DATEV format.
