Book freelancers for your production

From the search to the confirmation in one place: you find people who are actually free, request them with a clear deadline and then have the booking in both calendars.

Free sign-up, no payment details needed.

Typical problems

  • Requests that go nowhere

Emails and messages go unanswered for days while the date gets closer.

  • Two studios, one date

Without a shared calendar, someone says yes twice for the same day.

  • Terms all over the place

Day rate, surcharges and cancellation terms sit in old emails, and in the end people argue about them.

How CueFlow helps

  • Search by trade, place and time

Filter by trade, industry, dates and radius. Anyone blocked or busy in that period does not appear.

  • Requests with a reply deadline

Every request has a deadline. A reminder goes out one day before it runs out; then it expires and the time is free again.

  • Hold or book firmly

A hold keeps the time without commitment. An existing booking blocks the time for further requests, unless the freelancer allows multiple bookings.

  • Terms from the start

Rate and cancellation terms are part of the booking. What a cancellation costs is clear beforehand.

How it works

  1. Search

Choose trade, industry, dates and location.

  2. Check the profile

Look at work samples, languages and credits.

  3. Request

Send a request or a hold, with a reply deadline.

  4. Confirmation

The person accepts, and the date is in both calendars.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a request and a hold?
A request becomes a firm booking as soon as the freelancer accepts. A hold only reserves the time, without commitment and at no cost, and lapses after the chosen length unless you book firmly.
Can I still lose someone I have on hold?
Yes, if another studio sends a firm request, because a hold is not yet a commitment. The freelancer decides. Depending on their settings, you first get 24 hours to book firmly yourself.
Can I see the freelancers’ prices?
As a signed-in studio you see the public rates and the rate you negotiated yourself. Visitors who are not signed in see no prices.
Is there a placement fee?
No. CueFlow takes no share of the fee. For more features there are subscriptions for studios and for freelancers.
