CueFlow is a booking and planning platform for media production in Germany. Freelancers such as voice actors, editors, camera operators and sound engineers show their profile, work samples and free days there. Studios, production companies, agencies and promoters find them by trade, industry, dates and location, book them firmly (confirmed bookings for one person don’t overlap unless they allow multiple bookings), plan productions with call sheets and receive the invoice straight from the booking, as a PDF and an XRechnung. CueFlow charges no fee per booking.

Search by trade, industry, availability and distance. Then send the request – with times around the clock, even past midnight, or as a provisional hold first. The freelancer sees it straight away, with a clear deadline to reply.
The freelancer accepts or declines. Once confirmed, the booking is in both calendars, and in the calendar subscription for Apple or Outlook if you like. Confirmed bookings for the same person can’t overlap unless they explicitly allow multiple bookings. Everything else you sort out in the messages on the booking.
The invoice is created from the booking details, also as an XRechnung. Once finalised, it can’t be changed. And what applies if the job is cancelled was already fixed when it was booked.

You look for someone, pick the days and send a request. The person accepts or declines. You can also place a provisional hold first and book firmly later. CueFlow refuses a request that overlaps an existing booking of the same person unless that person explicitly allows multiple bookings. Appointments from their connected calendars count as busy once they are synced (calendar links every 15 minutes, Google, Outlook and CalDAV every hour).
For every area of media production in Germany – from film, TV and dubbing to music, podcasts and audio drama, live events, advertising, gaming, corporate media and education. You choose your industries, and every list then shows the jobs and skills that are usual there.
Freelancers get a free plan that never expires, with up to 5 accepted bookings per month. Studios and companies also get a free starting plan, with up to 10 confirmed bookings per month. Larger plans can be booked monthly or yearly (yearly: 2 months free (−17%)), paid via PayPal and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. All prices are shown above and include 19% VAT; the net amount is shown on every plan.
Freelancers offer their work and get booked. Companies – studios, production companies, agencies, broadcasters – look for people and book them. A company can have several team members.
On the paid plans you connect Google Calendar and Outlook directly by signing in; iCloud and other calendars work through CalDAV or as a calendar subscription. Your CueFlow bookings can be subscribed to in any calendar.
One click turns a booking into an invoice. You download it as a PDF or as an XRechnung – a file that public authorities and accounting software read directly. You export paid invoices as a spreadsheet (CSV) for your tax adviser. No one can change a finalised invoice afterwards.
CueFlow processes the data in Germany. You can download your data or have your account deleted at any time. Companies can get a data processing agreement (AVV) on request – the contract that sets out how we process data on behalf of your company.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the month, yearly plans at the end of the year. After that the free plan applies again – your data is kept.
