How to have your data at CueFlow deleted
How do I delete my account and my data?
If you no longer want to use CueFlow and want your personal data deleted from our servers, you have the following options:
Option 1: Deletion by email (recommended)
Send an email from the address you registered with at CueFlow to our support:
Subject: Request to delete my account
Message: Please delete my CueFlow account and all associated personal data completely.
We will reply as quickly as possible, at the latest within one month (Art. 12 GDPR).
Option 2: Delete it in your account
- Sign in to your CueFlow account.
- Open Settings and then My data.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- Confirm with your email address.
What happens next:
- Your account is locked immediately and you are signed out.
- After 30 days your personal details are deleted or made unrecognisable.
- Until then you can change your mind: just sign in again and tap “Cancel deletion”.
- A paid subscription you pay for yourself is cancelled at PayPal straight away; you can use it until the end of the paid period. We only cancel a studio subscription if you're its only owner and pay for it yourself.
- By law we have to keep invoices and other accounting records for 8 years, commercial books and annual financial statements for 10 years (AO, HGB).
- If bookings are still open or invoices unpaid, we wait with the deletion until that's settled.
What happens to my data?
In accordance with Article 17 GDPR (right to erasure), we delete or anonymise all data that we do not have to retain for legal reasons. We have to retain invoices and other accounting records for 8 years, commercial books and annual financial statements for 10 years and business letters for 6 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB); this is why bookings and invoices are kept, with the names and addresses on them. Automatic deletion after these periods have expired has not been set up yet. More on this in the privacy policy.
